Ok,
My answer assumes US Dollars so i'll give this a shot:

A new A2000 tekmagic 060 accelerator new from softhut is                $479
A new Gvp spectrum gfx card from the same place                            $169
X-surf 3 ethernet card                                                                 $140
Used scsi cdrw off ebay...                                                          ~$20-40
New 80 or 68 pin scsi hd off ebay (use 80 or 68 to 50pin adapter )     ~$20-40
80/68 to 50 pin adapter  from ebay                                               ~$10
4-32MB 72 pin simms for the tekmagic accelerator (internet)             ~$30
misc. cables,terminators,shipping,etc                                            ~$20

I'm sure i am forgetting something..but as it stands,around :     TOTAL:$928

options below would change the price:

might consider a indivision ecs scan doubler if floppy games are important  $112+ship from amigakit.com

For just a little more than the x-surf you could get a deneb USB card and run ethernet(buy a dongle off ebay) from it,and have the benifiet of usb ,allowing mice, keyboards, usb sticks, usb dvd/cdrw's : $160

A picasso IV gfx card is the holy grail of amiga gfx cards, but it will cost you an arm, leg, house and maybe your car if you can find a used one :)

you could put a low power, fast compact flash card on the tekmagic as a HD if you get a scsi->ide bridge and cf adapter. scsi bridge isn't cheap and is anywhere from $20 used to $100+ new.

Lotsa money to put into a zorro2 machine, considering z2 does what 2MB/second to the gfx card etc. zorro3(a3000-4000) does at least 12MB/s,not blinding but you see the difference.
Don't get me wrong,it will work just fine, but personally,if you intend to spend the money you mine as well go for the best you can get.

theres many other ways to answer this and configure your machine so google is your friend, seach them out ;)

Yes,your going to spend alot of $$ on any amiga you deck out. One good thing is if you keep your stuff in good shape, its likely to be worth as much as you paid for it or more it in 10 years. Not much in the computer world (or life) holds its value that way.

yikes thats a lot of money :)

Good point on Zorro 2 vs 3

Does either the 3000 or 4000 come with SCSI controller already there ? What about IDE controller ?

There is an advantage of the A2000, you can switch off the expansions and run everything that runs on an A500.

Not all accelerators have 68000 fall back. might check the tekmagic 060.

theres also whdload ;D
