Another option on the Minimig is to try this MacPlus Core
http://www.minimig.net/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=411 but from whaT I understand it only currently supports 4MB Minimig's using the original PIC chip rather than the ARM addon board, so I have not been able to test it.
If ARM support or running on 2MB versions of the Minimig is supported I will have to give it a go myself.
