Yes Individual Computers make some really nice well engineered product but their website really sucks. :-?

And as such its a lot harder than it should be to find documentation and driver updates for their products.

I am not a website designer but I could easily create a more professional better structured website myself.

I this day and age you expect finding the documentation for your hardware to be as simple as going to the manufactures website and first selecting the product you have then selecting the documentation and driver updates from the products web page.  With Individual Computers you have to search their news section and hope you find a link for updates or downloads for your product.

I have been having problems getting SID chips working in my Catweasel mk4 PCI and finding and documentation to help me work out why I am not getting any sound after a driver upgrade is very hard.

OK You goto the products page http://www.jschoenfeld.com/products/products_e.htm from the link at the side and try and find the current versions of and of the products.

The website has not been updated in years other than just adding to the news page.

All I am wishing for is an update to the main products part of the site and links to the current drivers and documentation.

I like the design its self its simple and effective it the content that needs updating.  Adding a search option would also be helpful.

I feel any product is only as good as the support provided with it and creating a web page for new products as they are released is not a big job.

It should save time in the long run as it will result in less support requests total if all the info is in the one place for each product and free up time Jens as to spend helping people to get his products working.

I have a good number of his products and they are all well designed and of good quality but a number of them were supplied without any documentation in the box and there is little more info about them on the web site either.
