WTB : 1Mx4 DIP RAM

I'm looking for RAM for my Blizzard Turbo Memory Board and (if possible) Supra SCSI drive. They both use 1Mx4 DIP chips (not ZIP) which is extremely difficult to find so if you have some or know where I can find this it'll be appreciated ! I believe some compatible parts are listed on this page :

I have 4mb of 4x256 RAM installed on these devices which I'm willing to let go for useful information

I got some adapter PCB's made for myself to use SOJ chips as DIP RAM.

if somebody is interested, please respond via amibay.
