yes, it would work as a signle board computer, totally independent from amiga. I wonder if you can use the boards at other ISA slots ? maybe it will master the ISA bus ?
however, you can find much better spec boards at ebay with lower prices. there nothing 'rare' or hard to find about it. check ebay, keyword is 'single board computer'. here is a
pentium 4 board at the fraction of the price.
