I thought all 4000T had 3.1 rom ? probably 4000T didn't exist when 3.0 was around.

MagicM, shipping matters for international people, especially for gargantuan items like the 4000T. We'ld like to know if it's 30$, 50$, or 150$, it makes a difference.
