there're loads of great ECS/OCS demos which made amiga what it is today. You should really show state of the art and technological death IMHO. check here for ECS/OCS, anything with vote > 4 should be great.
http://ada.untergrund.net/indexdemo.phpwhdload on 68000 is fine, unless the game/demo requires 68020.
