first disk is install disk. second disk is the workbench disk. third and fourth disks are extras and locale perhaps. they're not critically important.

when you need to change the image in df0 (or any other drive) press F12 and swap disks.

workbench 2.04 comes in 4 floppies. there are no 5 & 6. (2.1 comes in 5 floppies, 5th is fonts)

Also I never heard (and never saw) 8 floppy drives at winuae. If you're talking about the disk swapper function, that's another thing.
