Hi Mike,

The meters and menu on the right is a program called TinyMeter. The ASYS4: bar shows how much space is left on your system partition. To change the preferences you have to make a few changes. Goto the Prefs drawer and select show all from the workbench/windows menu. Now you can see the TinyMeter prefs program, but it needs a stacksize of 8192 to run. So start icon-edit and set the icon-type to tool. Save the icon in the prefs drawer as Tinymeter.info. Now goto the prefs drawer again, select the tinymeter icon and select icon-info from the workbench/icon menu. Change the stacksize to 8192 and save it. Now you can start tinymeter prefs by doubleclicking it. You can change the font-style by going to the compose list tab and doubleclicking on the clock items.
It looks like amigasys uses birdie to change the window borders, but I can't find nothing in startup-sequence, so I have to figure out where they can be changed. I'll keep you informed when I find out how to change them.

Hi Mike,
Yep I was right. Amigasys uses birdie. To change the window borders you need to download and install BirdiePrefs. For some reason this program is not included in amigasys.

The clock and date also comes with Tinymeter. Like I said in my previous post, start tinymeter prefs, goto the compose list tab and doubleclick on each clock item. There you can set the font-style.

No Problem.
If you're looking for more documentation, look in the readme drawer.
There are loads of amigaguide files in there about various applications that are used in amigasys.
