Got a link to any of the videos? I don't see any on youtube or Vimeo, and the AmiWest site is down due to bandwidth exceeded (maybe they tried to host video there).
Too early to say. As you might imagine it takes time to adapt to a new hotel, having lost their former hotel.
Just when you learn everything you need to do to eliminate technical issues, you have to start over. And there are always surprises the first year in a new hotel...in this case not good ones.
I know that older material has been uploaded to intuitionbase, and they may do that again. Either way, I think we'll have to wait a bit longer for that info.
