Found it! Now if it would just load and display an image rather than a black screen.

As for "ori". On EAB they have an iFusion package chirped Adpro.ori

Black screen? What program did you end up trying. I can't really tell from your post vs the suggestions offered.

Art Department Pro. Latest version

ok.
If you're running this under MorphOS it might be different, but for classic/OS4.x you need to set the tooltype MAXMEM to a number large enough to accomodate the image.
If the # is not large enough, though, AdPro just exits. So that does not explain your black screen.

If you can load your image, then you choose "P96" from the "savers" menu. You should get a choice of all available resolutions your graphics supports. Choose one and click "ok" and you should have the image.

Alright, will try on 1200 and eMac.

Thank you!

If you get that far on the A1200, then you merely have to select "scale" from the "operators" menu.
And there are easy ways to improve the results of "scale" too.
I should say, though, that depending on your file format there could still be an issue here, so let us know if the file loads. If not, try to determine the format, and there might be a workaround.
Sadly, the loaders are only going to be "smart" enough to cover the format standards from the time Adpro was last updated.

At first the image becomes blurry as one would expect, but once I run the Sharpen feature on the shrunk image, it almost looks as good as the original.

I'm not one who would expect that. Quite the opposite.
Scaling up, sure, because it's manufacturing detail that just isn't there in the original. But I thought you were scaling down.

I am scaling down. I'll try to post some "before and after" examples tomorrow.

Maybe we can have a competition and see who can come up with the best results.

Funny, I was thinking when you started the thread it might be wise to upload one of the source images somewhere and state the final size you needed, just for that purpose.
