Actually, we had virtually completed a site 6 years ago with similar intent.
Any web devs available for an Amiga related project?It was completely IBrowse/AWeb friendly, since the intent was to be used by all. Developers could manage their own projects, solicit beta testers, choose what parts would be visible to the public vs private, etc. etc.
Drupal proved to be a worthy CMS even back then.
