I got it working with IdeFix Express adapter, sd card and cd rom connected on each port @ OS 3.2. First installing AtapiMagic, then using the mountIDE utility from IDEFiX 97, then it showed in the scsi.device list.

AtapiMagic setting,:
Enter these lines into the already written lines @ S:Startup-Sequence:
Version exec.library version 47 >NIL:
If Warn
LoadModule libs:modules/atapimagic L:System-Startup ROMUPDATE
else
Loadmodule libs:modules/atapimagic
EndIf

"Once Workbench has booted you can check that atapimagic is properly installed by opening a shell and typing:

> loadmodule list"

Copy mountIDE to : (from IdeFix97 disk) and run it @ startup sequence:
c:mountIDE >NIL:

Then use  your cdrom in your cd file system of choice, i used AsimCDFS for old time sakes (SCSI_inquire to see the unit, or findDevice form IdeFix to see the unit list).

This was with a IdeFix Express Adapter. Without the software (i used Atapimagic and MountIDE) it would not show me the second port 0 connected device, now it works :)
