The A2000 is a really classic machine. I have two of them myself. The main reason for me is to use old software though. My a1200 is better suited for modern stuff.
Good: Separate keyboard. Expansion possible with Z2 slots inside the box. good for network cards and scsi.
Good compatibility if you want to run old games on it.
Bad: not good for graphics cards. The Z2 bus is really too slow for this. I've heard people say that the stock AGA in a1200/a4000 is faster than any graphics card in a Z2 slot.
Max ram expansion is 8MB of fast ram. If you put an accelerator card in it you can have more fastram than that.
