Looks like an awesome little unit. I might have to grab one when we see them here in Australia.

As for the fella with the shipping concern to Australia - shipping would probably cost USD20. Shipping to AU is OK, Shipping from AU is expensive.

Still USD20 postage on a $20 item :(

redrumloa: Yeah thanks but the 10 USD pricing each was more what I was after.

USD 20 seems a bit much as they weigh 250g each. Even putting it at 750g brings it up to $14USD shipping.

So what I was looking at paying was 20 for the two items, 5 for someone's effort + 14 for shipping (it probably would only cost 10USD if under 500g) = 39 all up.

But yeah I suppose I can wait a little bit anyway - pal version is probably less hassle.

I did say probably. That isnt a firm quote. Obviously my estimate isnt too bad, not like I am $10 or more out.

That would really kickstart the Amiga market- plenty of interest in retro devices at the moment.

The A1200 can already be a direct to TV device if it wants to be :)

I agree something inexpensive like the C64DTV would be a goodway to kick the Amiga in the guts again. The problem with most Amiga bits is they are very expensive (look at accelerators and add-ons).

Because it uses cheap and common components.
