greetings and felicitations, Mel and shame on those who won't give a lady the benefit of the doubt for actually existing!

Hope there's something worthwhile for you here.

Are you planning on just using your old classic hardware, newer emulations or getting an OS4 machine?
Sincerely,

I took the blizzard card out and then put it back and.... it still works :-)

Its running Workbench 3.1 and looking a little dated compared to some of the screenshots in the gallery. It might be fun to spruce it up a bit but the hard drive is only 200MB and its got only 8MB of extra RAM.

Yeah, you're probably going to want to try to add ram...32 meg?...I still use Image FX a lot to do image editing and effects...it's just easier in lots of ways then GIMP or Photoshop.  It does like  more ram though.

3.1 is limited to a 4 gig partition size.  I'd buy the 3.9 CD first though.  If you're running 3.1 you already have the 3.1 rom which is as far as roms go.

You might also consider using the fantastic Amiga Forever emulation package on a spare PC (Windows or (I think Linux)).
That lets you use the ram in the PC to emulate Amigas with lots of ram.
Sincerely,
