Elbox's Cocolino or Amigakit.com PS/2 mouse interface?

Does anyone here can tell me what is the difference between the Elbox's "Cocolino PS/2 mouse interface" and the Amigakit's "PS2 MOUSE CONVERTER" ? Which one is better? Both look the same to me.
