Missing .gadget files, or incorrectly installed 680x0.libraries perhaps? Linky

Snoopdos might help you track down any failed attempts to access a particular gadget if that is the case.

Also, don't suppose you've recently installed Photogenics 2 by any chance? Linky, especially Post 26
