Well, if you have version of MooVid that supports DivX :-)
Most 320x200 files ran quite nicely on Frogger on my 175MHz A1200
on 600MHz Pegasos, all DivX-files I've tried are easily watchable
(minus some broken ones...)
But if it runs too slow, you can:
a) Add NOSKIP tooltype to Frogger.
You'll lose sound, but no frames, useful, if your machine would skip
most frames trying to sync with sound
b) Convert file to smaller (avi/mpeg) format with FFMPEG
(And leave it on overnight doing that)
