I remember the good old days... and recently I've been messing about with my old Amiga once again.
Just for those fellow techies who like computer specs as much as people in chat rooms like a/s/l
Amiga 1200 in a Power Tower
OS 3.9, 56k Modem
040 with 8 MB Fast RAM
Mediator Card with VooDoo 3
6.5 GB HD, CD ROM
I found out happily that WinUAE can just be pointed at an Amiga HD and it'll just work (pretty much). And my lovely Amiga Workbench just appeared (with a few none critical error messages though).
Now to the point. I found some old Organiser 1.1 (remember that program free with Amiga Magic pack?) diaries and after some searching I found my install disk, installed it and I'm now stuck at the licence key window.
I don't have half of my original manuals let alone a bit of cardboard (I think it was). I'm not asking for the licence key but I know that Digita released a free PC version of Organiser a while back but emails to them go unanswered. I was hoping for one of the following...
1. The PC and Amiga versions use the same file format and are backwards compatible. And of course a link to this free version as the only one I can find is a dead link.
2. Someone knows of a conversion utility for the diary files to some sort of useable format.
3. A licence number that activates the Amiga version that is freely distributable (I assume when they released a free version of the PC version the same was done for the Amiga too... maybe...).
Can anyone help me?
