There are a tons of decent wordprocessors out there but TurboCalc5 is without a doubt the best spreadsheet program. It imports/exports Excel files too. If you're familiar with Excel then you'll have no problem with TurboCalc5. It's tough to find a copy anymore though. I found one on eBay a few weeks back for about $50 USD.
