Personally, I have found the card itself to be very reliable as GVP hardware usually is. The only issue I have with the card is that it uses nasty custom SIMM's which are guaranteed to blow a hole in anyone's wallet to purchase. I had to pay AU$130.00 to buy a 16MB SIMM (Ouch!) but all in all, I believe it will be worth it memory wise. I will have 2 4MB GVP SIMM's available once I get it if anyone wants to purchase them.
As for the RAM and SCSI modules for the card, from what I've gathered the SCSI module was never made and the RAM module was only made in limited quantities.
