Some newer LCD monitors now come with S-Video inputs, it's very cheap to get an RGB to S-Video converter.

I am looking for a external one for my spare amiga 1200 ..

As for pay i never were picky but i dont want another LCD tv

No i would prefer a 24bit one .. But if i can find a cheap 16bit that will do
