There is always this debate on here about the inclusion of software that has not been commercially available for a decade or more. When will you still be making stupid comments? 30, 40, 100 years after classic Amiga software stopped being developed? In most cases the companies themselves no longer exist.

No one is loosing out by handing around ANY of the software on that computer. In fact, they would be no more gaining if I had all the original disks with the machine, because they are no longer trading or at least not involved in the the Amiga marketplace.

Once more, the issue of piracy is a serious one, but not when the software is unavailable to buy and the software companies are no longer trading or ceased involvement with the Amiga platform. The programs are all available from the Internet through mainstream sites that have not been shut down. Why have they not been shut down? Because the people who originally published the software in the late 80's and early 90' don't care.

I used to buy all my software when I could buy it; if most of the people on this forum did when it was commercially available, instead of copying it or obtaining hacked versions, perhaps the Amiga would be a commercial success into the 21st century.

Now you cannot buy the software, the term Abandonware fits rather well. Some fools on here just comment "There is no such thing as Abandonware" every time they see the word. Grow up and stand up for something that actually is an injustice; you sound like a stuck record, that has been playing since 1991.
