Would be interesting to find out what the issue was as backbone runs on non pal modes. In fact a reasonable portion of it even runs on amithlon, which has no custom chipset screens at all.
It doesnt work in its entirety, and isnt actually usable, but it does launch, and certain elements are usable.
Surprised me tbh, especially given that its coded in AMOS.
Near as I can tell this is where I write something under the guise of being innocuous, but really its a pot shot at another persons/peoples choice of Amiga based systems. Unfortunately only I cant see how transparent and petty it makes me look.
