There appears to be some confusion. As Bloodline mentioned you need amiga hardware (or an amiga emulator) to run amiga software. Dosbox wont run amiga software.
Where the confusion may lay is that much like today a lot of software was available for multiple platforms. It could be that what you're assuming is amiga software is simply the DOS version of said software.
