As far as browsers for classic amigas go, they're functional, but definately considerable room for improvement. The 3 main options Id suggest are probably IBrowse2.4, Aweb, and Voyager. Apart from that there's also Netsurf, which while a little quirky works reasonably well, although needs a gfx card (sdl based). Additionally there's a port of OWB, but not only is it sdl based, but its even slower than netsurf, and is probably unusable on anything but an emulated 68k cpu. That said, and despite being rough around the edges I find it's quite useful on my amithlon box and is very fast once the pages have fully loaded.
An indirect route is to use on the 68k mac os browsers inside shapeshifter or similar. Theyre obviously pretty outdated as well, but do offer a little bit more modern a browsing experience in terms of page rendering. Netsurf and iCab are probably the 2 best choices for that route.
Near as I can tell this is where I write something under the guise of being innocuous, but really its a pot shot at another persons/peoples choice of Amiga based systems. Unfortunately only I cant see how transparent and petty it makes me look.

How do you think OWB would work on a 48Mhz '030 or a 50 to 80Mhz '060.?

To be honest even on an '060 + rtg it'd be a bit of a last resort. While it works reasonably it is pretty rough around the edges. Pages need to fully load before if becomes responsive on my amithlon box even, so in its current state I cant imagine it being very fun on an '060 machine. It has saved me needing to resort to aros owb or a Windows browser when all other amiga browsers have failed me, but that's about the best I can say for it. It works, renders pages nicely and with decent functionality, but probably not an option on a real classic Amiga.
