IMHO it would be faster to just transfer the four samples floppies it asks for into 4 floppies. The ST samples can be found on Aminet, e.g.
http://aminet.net/search?query=st-16 . Remember that in order to be recognised the floppies have to be correctly labeled, i.e. "ST-16".
