On the programming side, I have to fix the port of mencoder (some crashes to fix, add an Altivec version), then I'll finish the port of DjVuLibre, after that I'll pick the next project in my long to-do list
No hardware changes ATM, although I'll consider buying an USB2 PCI card when OS4.1 will support them.
