A mountlist is a file descriving devices which was used under os 1.x, since 2.0 every device has it's separate mountfile instead. Create an "FMS" text file under Devs:DosDrivers with the lines that the docs wanted you to add to the mountlist, compare it with an other mountfile (e.g. PC0) to check for errors in the syntax. Copy and rename an icon for it (e.g. pc0.info to fms.info), double-clicking the icon should mount the device.
