Yup. It's a GZip'd ADF file. Grab UnZip from Aminet and unzip it. The you favourite ADF writer will allow you to write it to a floppy. (or FMS disk if you use 'em)
TransADF (aminet, disk/misc) can uncompress and transfer adz files directly to disk. Give it a try!
