Setting the A600GS Workbench CLOCK

Perhaps I've missed something but I can't find a way to localize the Worrkbench clock....it automatically boots up with English which might be great for you guys but it a pain to add 8 hours to my time in California.  :)  So, is there a way to set?

Thanks!!  All that I needed was to update the locale.No need to update clock when it pulls from the web.
