3640 and WarpEngine in 3000

I've rencently tried a 3640 rev. 3.1 and a WarpEngine in my 3000 rev 9 with no luck. I get no boot screen or colors just black. No disk access or click.

The 3000 works fine with native processor. The board has no battery and 8 meg of Zips 2 meg chip.

Any ideas? I've run out of variables.

Thanks for the notes.

Any other ideas? I have the Int wire on and the case open so no worries about heat. This machine does not boot at all. No sign of any activity. Could both of the boards be bad? Its possible.

I have all the jumpers set as well.
