Chain. I checked the price for the parts and for a low volume run of PCBs. They won't make much money from this, not even if they assemble the cards themselves. You would know that if you were in the business, which you're obviously not.
I'm starting to be sick of those people who have no idea about the costs involved when making low volume electronics.
