Motorola made several revisions of this chip.
Rev. 1 (Mask 1F43G) can run up to 66Mhz, and in some cases higher (The 060 accellerator in my Atari is running@72Mhz).
Rev. 6 is capable of running at speeds above 100Mhz, however I don't know if the chipset in any of the current Amiga accellerators can do this.
