When this was brand new it was selling for $2,500.
I bought mine back in 1993 for about $250.00, still have it and it works great with my Picasso II board.
Sorry if I ruined your day, but there aren't many of these left so the price may have gone up, take a look at Software Hut, they may have some used ones where you can determine todays price.
As for me I tend to keep mine until the A4000 silicon goes bad.
