Hi uncharted,

I am already geared up for the death of the Amiga, I would stay with the Amiga as long as the silicon stayed good. If one of my Amiga's died I would try to find another to take it's place. I own a A1000, CD32, A500, A1200, and A3000, I hope to add more to my collection in the near future.

Now also I also have WinUAE for my PC machines but my main machine would probably be a PC, I would never move over to a Apple product because I want a real computer that you can have at least a little say on how you want it, the good thing about a PC is that you can change its OS from windows to Linux, AmigaDe, or just back to old Dos if you want to. On an apple you have to just about run what they give you. YES I DO HATE WINDBLOWS and only use it because it is the most popular OS on the market, you know the old saying sheep follow the sheep.

By the way you said if the Amiga might die, look the Amiga died right after Gateway sold it as far as I am concerned, I really don't see a way back, the PC just about matches the Amiga in every event except for its shoddy multi tasking. No screen makers, multi tasking doesn't mean your machine slows down if its formatting a disk, or playing music, or printing or saving a file. Multi tasking means your machine will do all the above without jerkiness or stalling or making you wait until something is done.

So you see the Amiga is dead,

Bill M has no clue how to bring it back.

Bill M and Fleecy Moss are nothing but PC winblows users trying to make a buck off the Amiga name.

Bye
