I run MorphOS 3.7 and OS4.x is visually more appealing out of the box. .
Totally down to personal taste. I showed my friend (who's a Unix coder by trade and has no Amiga background) he thought morphos had a pretty nice UI but said OS4.1 "looks like a toy" and reminded him of Windows XP. So it's down to the individual.
