THIS LIST (it's based on the abandonware web-ring's list, which is maintained together with copyright holders, IIRC) none of the games in the Monkey island series have been released as abandonware, which means it's not allowed to request it on this board.
The game is definitely available on the net, but illegally, and I definitely recomend that you get an original copy instead. If you actually do own a copy, but is unable to play it then ScummVM will do the job for you; all you need is the data files from the game and it'll take care of the rest.
