Thing is that if that kid hadn't had guns availible, then he would have used something else.
More energy should be put on the fact that kids are killing each other, not on discussing the way they're doing it.
That's kinda like prohibiting fourteen year-old girls from having sex instead of explaining the dangers of jumping into the sack with the first chav availible.
