aWeb Is nice. It's open-source and free theese days. Besides, it's better than Voyager.
I've never tried Ibrowse.

As I stated previously: It's free! :-)

However, you should be aware that none of the Amiga-browsers are up to modern standards.

To be honest, I'm still using 3.4, which was just as stable as anything else I've tried (it sure beats IE :-P).
