You could always use the basic command-line FTP client that's included with XP.

Or, if you want something GUI-based, use FileZilla.

Hi,

You can get a filesystem driver, like this one, that'll allow you to mount remote FTP sites as if they were local drives. Then you can use your favourite applications/tools such as DOpus, Workbench, the CLI, etc, to perform operations on that site's files.

SMBFS does the same thing for remote SMB (Samba) shares on Windows and Linux boxes.

I use SMBFS as the main way of getting files from my A3K to/from Linux.
