What sort of Amiga do you have?
As for a new Intel-based Amiga... The likelihood of that is very remote and has been covered on a number of threads.
Anyway, if you've not seen it, any recent version of WinUAE does a very good job of emulating the Amiga on Windows, or you could get hold of the
Amiga Forever package for a fully licensed solution with tonnes of extras...
