If you're referring to OS3.5/3.9's appearance, you may be disappointed! The pretty screenshots on A.Org are usually the result of a fast (at least '060) Amiga running on a graphics card with a couple of bits of third party software (available from Aminet) to change the standard graphical interface.
And as 324... hinted at, the OS3.5/3.9 install works fine from an attached CompactFlash card or a folder on the Amiga's hard drive. So as long as you've got some way to read the CD in the first place (e.g. on a PC), and some way to get it over to the Amiga, you can set it up without the Amiga needing its own CD-ROM drive.
As others have mentioned, your Amiga will need a hard drive (see if you can find a cheap one from an old laptop) and some FastRAM - and preferably a faster CPU.
