Have a look at
Keene Electronics and search for "APT1" - this is an RGB (SCART) to component converter - and it copes with PAL 625i/625p as well as NTSC 525i/525p.
I ordered one a few days ago (not specifically for the Amiga though!) and will post here again once I've had a chance to try it. Might be a while though, as postage from UK to NZ will take time at this time of year!
