If you have a fast enough PocketPC, you can try
here for PocketUAE and
here for a launcher application. Can't vouch for these as I've never tried them.
AmigaAnywhere and the AmigaDE environment don't run classic Amiga games and have very little to do with real Amigas - it's basically just a re-use of the "Amiga" name (more info
here).
