TitleShadow doesn't add shadows to icon text. Unfortunately two seperate patches are required (which is a shame). Lots of people asked Massimo to add the TitleShadow-effect to Visual Prefs, thus saving a patch, which would have been great.

However, I think he is too busy with OS4 to update Visual Prefs any more...

If you don't want to use PowerIcons, but still want your icon texts to have a shadow, there is always this patch.
