If you have a Cyberstorm 060 card, a common fault is a BGA solder joint losing connection. See if squeezing the 060 into the accelerator with your finger and thumb while powering up gives you significantly more reliable boot-ups. If it does, this is the problem. The bad news is that i don't think it can be fixed. My old CS MkIII had this problem.

If you don't have a Cyberstorm 060, ignore this :)
