Picture editing is possible but don't expect photoshop or iPhoto.
Well, you can use The Gimp, TV Paint, and Photogenics quite happily on OS4.
Firefox is being ported by the authors of the OS (OS4 is a closed source OS developed by two brothers),
Errm.. the os4 dev team is quite a lot larger than that!
