Single click on the HDToolBox icon, and bring up the information requester.
There should be a tooltype to set the scsi device to probe (i can't remember offhand, and i'm at work with no amigas :-( ).
Maybe you need to set it to gvpscsi.device, or 2nd.scsi.device or somesuch.
